Dora finally had a plan. Or so she thought.

Funny how things change when you accidentally wake one of the goddess Demeter’s ancient Gold warriors from his 100-year long nap and discover you’re not just a twenty-something-year-old healer and empath trying to launch a business.

You’re also Pandora reborn.

Yep, that’s the one. The woman responsible for opening the Jug of Woes and releasing misery into the world.

Baggage much?

That would be a hard yes.

But as they say, when the going gets tough, the tough hunt down demons threatening to destroy the human race. Okay, so maybe that’s not what they say, but it fits, so she’s sticking with it.

Running her healing center, The Healing Garden, with her best friend while trying to get hotter-than-hell warrior, Philoctetes, up to speed with the modern age is a handful.

Teaming up with said gorgeous handful, under orders from Demeter to track down and dispatch back to Tartarus the Silver demons trying to kill off every human on the face of the earth can be a lot.

The cherry on top, however, is The Fates have decreed that if she and Philoctetes give in to their ever-deepening connection and the steamy attraction sizzling between them they’ll both simply disappear with all memory of their existence wiped from the minds of everyone who knew them.

And there it is. When woman plans, the gods laugh.

Boy, were they laughing.
