Can't Find Your Purchase?

If you purchased through the CBG store and cannot find your download, please read the instructions below before contacting us.

Check Your Account:

Where to find eBooks after purchase

Above is a snapshot of your account menu. Any purchased ebooks will be located in the "My Downloads" tab. In the case of a preorder, once the release date arrives, your purchases will automatically appear under "My Downloads."

Never Received An Email?

There are normally three reasons why the e-mail will not immediately arrive in your inbox:

-Your e-mail provider viewed our mail as SPAM and filtered it. To prevent this from happening, set all Champagne Book Groups (@champagnebookgrp.com) addresses as friendly senders.

-You paid with a credit card through Paypal. In some cases, Paypal may hold a payment before it is confirmed. When this happens, our cart will hold the links until the payment is completely processed.

-You entered an incorrect e-mail address when you filled out your order. This does happen - it only takes a missing letter or a typo in your e-mail address for your order mail to bounce. Please verify your e-mail address when entering it into the cart to make sure it is correct.

Why Can't I Open the File?

Please note, our ebooks are available in three formats: epub, pdf, and mobi.

Choose the appropriate file format for your specific e-reader. The mobi file is in a compressed (.zip) folder. Follow your specific computer, tablet, or phone's instruction for decompressing (unzipping) the file.

I Got A New Device, What Do I Do?

Your purchase includes five (5) digital downloads so you may read across devices.
