L.S. Young loves learning about strange folklore, studying historical fashion, and getting lost in a well-plotted fantasy or horror novel. She spent most of her teens reading classics and inspirational romances, which influenced her early stories. She grew up in the rural countryside of the Florida panhandle, which inspired the setting for her first novel, and now lives near Orlando with her spouse and daughter.
Young has a BA in English Literature and is a member of the Historical Novel Society. She writes historical romance, historical fantasy, and young adult fantasies with romance.
