How Will My Order Be Delivered To Me?

If you pay with 2CheckOut--After your credit card is approved, your ebook will be sent via emailed attachment.  If you purchase a book or CD, it will arrive via Canada/US Post or UPS.

If you pay with Paypal, a download link will appear in your account. It will be under MY ORDERS, with a link that says DOWNLOADS. Once the download link is clicked, you'll see the ebooks you have awaiting download.

What if I don't have a credit card? Can I still order Champagne titles?  Absolutely! If you don't have a credit card, or don't wish to use your credit card online, you can use our mail in order form (select payment via check/money order) and send your payment. Please be aware that you will not receive your book until payment has arrived, and any ebooks ordered will be sent via emailed attachment, so make sure you've provided an active email address. If you don't like using your credit card online, you can give us a call during office hours (Monday-Friday 0900-5pm MST) at 403-652-1100, ext 117 and we'll be happy to process your credit card payment for you manually.

In Which Electronic Forms Do You Publish?  Champagne Book titles come either a PDF or a zipped file with all of our available formats. Other versions, such as  LIT/PRC/HTML/EPUB are available at online vendors. If you need an alternate format, other than PDF, please email customer service at orders@champagnebooks.com and we'll be happy to send out something more suited to your needs.

Can You Refund An eBook?  No, it isn't possible to provide refunds on an electronic book. Ebooks are software, and software can not be refunded. However, if you're having a problem with a file, we're happy to either replace the file or provide a store credit if necessary.
