How
Will My Order Be Delivered To Me? After
your credit card is approved, your book will be sent via
emailed attachment. If you purchase a book or CD, it
will arrive via Canada/US Post or UPS.
What
if I don't have a credit card? Can I still order
Champagne titles? Absolutely!
If you don't have a credit card, or don't wish to use
your credit card online, you can use our mail in order
form and send payment with cheque or money order.
In
Which Electronic Forms Do You Publish? All
Champagne Books are available in PDF/LIT/PRC/HTML
formats. Other versions are available at online vendors.
Do
You Print Paperbacks? You
bet we do!
Can
You Refund An eBook? No,
it isn't possible to provide refunds on an electronic
book.

I've
Just Ordered A CD, But It Doesn't Play In Any Of My CD
Players. What Am I Doing Wrong? Champagne
titles on CD are not audio books, and therefore will not
work in a CD player. They are intended for use on your
computer, or to be transferred to a reading device,
similar to all our other electronic files. Please try
reloading your CD into your computer, and then open the
drive carrying the CD. You should be able to access one
of several formats from there.
Do
You Accept Email Submissions?
At present, we are only accepting emailed submissions.
Submission guidelines are available, and must be adhered
to.
How
Long Does It Take To Respond To A Submission? Generally
speaking, we will respond within 4-6 weeks, but if
submissions are particularly heavy, it may take a while
longer.
Do
You Accept Multiple Submissions? Yes,
but please let us know in your query that you are doing
so. If a contract ensues from another publisher,
it is only professional courtesy to notify us of same.
Can
I View A Copy Of
Your Contract? Our publishing contract is available
to authors with a manuscript under consideration and is
therefore not available to the general public
